Le Mauricia

There is a choice of 2 restaurants at the resort: Les Quais & Le Nautic Restaurant at this Beachcomber property. Built around two large infinity pools, the restaurants and bar offer a unique view of the beach and bay, whilst allowing you to enjoy the hotel’s live entertainment wherever you choose to sit. Les Quais is set amongst the roof terraces and extended wooden decks that run the length of the swimming pool. The décor, enhanced by white ceilings, is evocative of a marina wharf. Modern storage cupboards and cooking stations are shaped like boat hulls and a unique feature is a stainless steel bridge that spans over the buffet areas. Behind the live cooking stations, floor-to-ceiling glass, through which you can view the kitchen, makes a strong visual statement. Antiques collected from the local seaports, such as a vintage marine lantern, add the final touches. The minimalist white interiors of Le Nautic will appeal to those looking for a more intimate atmosphere. The teak furniture and miniature paddles that hang on the walls offset the otherwise entirely white space. Built on a spilt-level and facing the sea towards the setting sun, this elegant restaurant serves fresh fish and seafood. In addition there is the Bay Watch Bar which overlooks the sea and both swimming pools. A contemporary mix of traditional and modern, the bar features attractive Mediterranean-style pergolas. You can either relax with your feet in the sand or choose the stylish “lounge” area equipped with comfy couches. Every night, the free entertainment programme features a different act ranging from live bands to theme nights. Live music and cultural shows will plunge you into the local lifestyle. La Rhumerie, Le Mauricia’s in-house discotheque, invites you to party all night long.

As you would expect from such a popular resort there is lots to do! Complimentary water sports include: water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, glass-bottom boats, kayaks, snorkelling, aqua gym & pedalos. For land lovers you can enjoy: tennis including floodlit courts, bocciball, volleyball, table tennis & gym. For the children the hotel offers a free Bob Marlin mini-club equipped with a range of facilities that appeal to children. Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., the mini-club is reserved for children aged 3 to 12. Babysitting is also available, payable 24 hours in advance at reception. The babysitter’s transportation costs are also payable.
