Enjoying some of the most evocative sunsets in Seychelles, the aptly named Sunset Beach Resort is the perfect place for everyone who is a romantic at heart. On a private headland, on the northwest coast of Mahe, overlooking a sweep of white sand, this delightful resort has a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Snorkelling is superb and it is well placed for romantic sundowners. Transfer time approximately 30 minutes from the airport, resort located 2 miles north of Beau Vallon Beach.

The Sunset Beach Resort has recently been beautifully and meticulously refurbished using a combination of top quality imported furniture and the best of locally hand-crafted furnishings. The main building follows a Mediterranean and several of the outbuildings have thatched roof, adding quaintness.

There are just 29 rooms at this cosy resort. In room facilities include: air-conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safety deposit box, hairdryer, radio, mini bar, and tea & coffee making facilities. Rooms come with a balcony or terrace.

The resort is set in 2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, which just add to the tranquil setting. The Sangdragon restaurant offers both Creole & International cuisine; gentlemen are required to wear long trousers after 7 pm. There is also a bar, wear you can enjoy the essential cocktail! Free activities include snorkelling & use of the fitness club. The freshwater pool overlooks the sea at this prime beach location.
